Lu will share about building a business on a very small budget, and what she learned from other small business owners when she was leading a local chamber of commerce. Discussion and comments are very welcome and we hope you'll bring your own ideas and suggestions.
About the Moderator
Lu Mueller-Kaul is a lapsed naturopath from Germany and opened Balance Orlando (www.BalanceOrlando.com) in 2008. When all the permits were finally signed, stamped, and filed, it was September 1st, the doors could open, Lehman Brothers filed bankruptcy, the rest is history... until today.
Just reopened after the Covid19-disaster, Lu has to adapt to a huge global financial crisis again, but this time she is responsible for 10 coworkers.
Anyone who has had to stand out and market themselves when nobody wanted to buy knows exactly how hard this is.
Lu is a Certified Advanced Rolfer™ since 2016, and in training to become an instructor for DIRI.
