Use this form to submit information for a SINGLE Continuing Education Workshop you would like to offer for Elective Credit. The fee is $50. Once we receive your form we will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid we will build the class for you. The class will be advertised on the DIRI calendar and will be included in the bi-weekly CE email blast that goes out to all Active members. If a workshop has multiple parts, but the same description can be used for all, you can create one submission for all of the parts. You can start and stop when completing this form in case you need to finish it at a different time.
