Week 6 – August 18-23(Mon to Fri, 8:00am – 5:30pm; Sat 8:00-12:00)

Phase I offers essential touch skills and academic knowledge required to practice Rolfing Structural Integration. No formal bodywork training is required. Check our website at www.rolfingcanada.org to find out the requirements for applying.
Students receive lectures on anatomy, physiology, ethics, and practice-building. Hands-on components include guided palpation, other exercises to develop skillful touch, and a full week of movement and experiential studies.
