Non-DIRI Affiliated courses are offered by non-faculty members who have completed their Advanced Training. Certificates are issued by the member for Elective CE Credit. Inquire with the member regarding NCBTMB approval.
In this course, you will learn to assess and treat fibrotic changes in synovial capsules, including joint capsules, bursae, and tendon sheaths, and also some non-synovial joints.
Joint capsules, bursa walls, and tendons get stuck to things they should glide on. In addition to becoming stuck to things they should glide on these structures can lose elasticity and may be pulled short. These adhesions and contractures create movement restrictions and alignment problems, often severe ones. All of our clients have numerous fibrosities of these two types. In this course, you will learn to identify and correct these adhesions and contractures precisely. Assessment is often done on a 1 mm scale, allowing precise placement of gentle forces to restore elasticity and glide.
This is a three-module course.
Module 1 Concepts, Methods, and Application of These methods to all synovial structures in the Upper Limb. Feb 6-9, 2025
Module 2, Lower limb, May 22 - 25, 2025
Module -3 Axial August 7-10, 2025
Tuuition $800 per module

Jeffrey completed the apprenticeship to teach visceral manipulation. He teaches internationally and offers foundational and advanced courses in assessment and treatment methods.
Starting in 2010, he began developing groundbreaking new methods to assess and release adhesions and contractures in joint capsules, bursas, and tendon sheaths. He now teaches these methods.
He has authored a book titled.
