Rolfing Training Level 1 in Stockholm/Sweden:
Level 1 Myofascial Foundation serves as the basis for the world of bodywork from a Rolfing® perspective.
Level 1 includes a total of 9 individual courses, each lasting 3 days. All courses run from Friday to Sunday.
To get started, we recommend the first three courses: Movement 1, Anatomy 1, and Touch 1.
Upon completion of the nine Level 1 courses on offer you receive a certificate in Myofascial Foundation and you can sign up for Level 2 of the Rolfing®-training.

Instructors

Andrea Clusen:
Andrea was certified as an Advanced Rolfer® in 2010 and as a Certified Rolf Movement™ practitioner in 2012. She is also a licensed SourcePoint Therapy® Instructor (since 2016) and a licensed ScarWork Instructor (since 2017).

Konrad Obermeier:
Konrad became a Certified Rolfer® in 1991 and a Certified Advanced Rolfer™ in 1994. Since 2009, he has been a member of the Life Sciences Faculty of the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute of Structural Integration (DIRI, Boulder, CO, USA) and teaches Anatomy for the European Rolfing® Association e.V.

Thomas Sonnleitner:
He became a Certified Rolfer® in 2009 and a Certified Advanced Rolfer™ in 2014. He is a member of the Life Sciences Faculty of the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration (Boulder, CO) and teaches Anatomy for the European Rolfing® Association e.V.

Rita Geirola:
A member of the Dr. Rolf Institute since 1987 and an International and European Rolfing® and Rolf Movement™ Faculty member, Rita Geirola is a Certified Rolfer® (1987) and a Rolf Movement™ Practitioner (1997) and an Advanced Rolfer™ (2005). Rita teaches the Basic Rolfing® Trainings in Munich and in Italy, Rolf Movement classes, and CE-workshops.


Pierpaola Volpones
A member of the Rolf Institute since 1986 and an International and European Rolfing® and Rolf Movement® Faculty member, she is a member of the Life Sciences Faculty of the Rolf Institute® of Structural Integration (Boulder, CO), and teaches Anatomy for the European Rolfing® Association e.V.

Pierpaola is a certified Rolf Movement® Practitioner (1986), a Rolfer® (1988), a Certified Advanced Rolfer™ (1996), and an Advanced Rolfing® Instructor (2021).
