I've been Rolfing since 1985, as well as further studies in Visceral Manipulation and Biodynamic Cranio Sarcal Therapy.  I also taught Rolfing for 13 years. Rolfing has helped me move better, feel better and remain active despite some major injuries.  This is what I hope to share with clients, to feel better, grow your understanding of your body and be more pain free.
