Jennifer Eslinger, Certified Advanced Rolfer

I am the owner of Structural Energy, and have been in practice since 2004. I received my Advanced certification in 2016. I also hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. The mind-body connection is one of my favorite aspects of this work. I genuinely enjoy helping people change and feel better inside and out, and I consider myself to be a sensitive Rolfer®. My clients describe me as being kind, gentle, compassionate, and intuitive.  

I discovered Rolfing soon after I graduated college in 2001, during a very pivotal time in my life. Post 9/11, in between relationships, and processing an overly busy year, I was riddled with anxiety about finding a job in the real world. The more organized my body became with each session, the more organized my mind was. For me, the personal transformation that I had during this process was so profound that it gave me the clarity that Rolfing was what I wanted to pursue as my career path.
