Kimberly Ureta is a Certified Rolfer in Hesperia

I found Rolfing when I was in massage school back in 2005. I had been wondering how I was actually going to help people if I still experienced so much pain on a daily basis. My mother had been taking me to a chiropractor from a young age, since she recognized the signs of scoliosis. I had found a magazine article that mentioned Rolfing helping young children with learning disabilities. No mention of pain relief, but I still decided to find someone to call and ask questions. Kathy Holler was my closest practitioner, she told me on the phone, "You'll have to come experience it yourself, its hard to explain."
So I talked my mother into going with me of course :)
We both were blown away by how much better we felt after our sessions. It was the first time that I had any kind of long lasting relief from upper back pain. I could take a breath!
It felt like it was the bread crumbs God left for me to follow, so I enrolled at the Rolf Institute that summer. 
I've been in practice the past 16 years, still loving the results that my clients get. I love helping others, and seeing that relief in their eyes. 
My sessions include movement training and post session exercises to follow so you can continue the unwinding of your pattern.
