Anne F. Hoff is a Certified Rolfer in Seattle

Clients choose how they want to work with me, either 'fix-it' sessions (one or more) to address specific pain or posture issues, or the traditional Rolfing work (10-session basic series, 5-session advanced series, or tune-ups). Besides Advanced certification in Rolfing Structural Integration, I have advanced training in visceral work and craniosacral work, and training in manual therapy for inflamed nerves (the source of many pain issues). I will incorporate these when it's desired and needed to relieve pain and improve alignment. I am particularly oriented to work with clients interested in mind-body-spirit connections and clients with trauma histories (I have completed the Intermediate level of the Somatic Experiencing® training). I do not bill any insurances but can provide receipts for you to pursue reimbursement.
