Whether you are looking for the approach of a ten-session series of Rolfing or are seeking to address a particular issue like chronic discomfort, a specific injury, or acute trauma, I have thirty+ years of Rolfing practice under my belt to draw on, having finished my basic Rolfing Training in 1988. I took the Advanced Rolfing Training in 1991 and again in 1999, and I have extensive complementary continuing education, including many years of cranial and visceral manipulation study. I completed the 5-year program of the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2007, and have more recently been studying how to release nerve entrapments that can be responsible for acute and chronic pain. I have also been an assistant instructor for Rolfing Basic Trainings, have taught visceral manipulation as an assistant for Didier Prat, DO, and the Barral Institute, and continue my studies directly with Jean-Pierre Barral, DO.
