After receiving my first ten session series over 35 years ago as a teenager, I continue to blend my practical experience and educational background into my private practice and mentorships.

Initially getting involved in Rolfing because of the impressive before and after pictures of individuals who received the ten session series, I'm continually impressed and humbled with the effective and systemic, practical effects Rolfing has on the entire human being from structure, function, and movement.

Through my understanding and experience with structure - and the dynamic forces shaping movement patterns in my own body's experience and through my private practice - I'll provide the appropriate level of work to specifically meet the needs of each individual.
