Carole Gisele LaRochelle, Certified Advanced Rolfer

Being put into twister cable braces at the age of four to correct "pigeon-toed" walking was the spark that ignited the fire of my life-long interest in the structural organization of the human body. I have been in private practice as a Certified Rolfer™ since 1996, completing the Advanced Rolfing Training in 2000 and Rolf Movement Training in 2002.

In addition to Rolfing training I have studied pilates, craniosacral therapy, and somatic approaches to healing trauma. I have a deep and abiding interest in body-oriented psychotherapies. I also hold certification from the Certification Board for Structural Integration. My personal movement practices include many years of classical dance training, a strong yoga practice and my current passion, salsa dancing.
