Jennifer C. Mark is a Certified Rolfer in San Francisco

I am passionate about helping people heal and improve their quality of life through releasing pain and tension, lengthening and balancing muscles, and aligning bones.  I am a certified Advanced Rolfer, Rolfing Movement Practitioner, and licensed Physical Therapist in the Castro neighborhood of San Francisco.  I have been practicing since 1990 (over 25 years).  I also have yoga teacher certifications.  My extensive training in these multiple disciplines and love for continued education widen the scope of techniques I have to use to heal people using the holistic Rolfing approach.  I have a keen eye for movement patterns and am skilled in assessment - keys to knowing which treatments will be most effective.  Please feel free to contact me to set up an appointment or ask specific questions and/ or see my website for more detailed information.  I look forward to helping you reach your goals.
