I have completed many continuing education classes including, Neural Mobilization and Advanced Visceral work with Liz Gaggini. I specialize in many different areas; Cranial, neck, joints, spine and Viscera. ### ### My Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the NSCA allows me to help clients with stretches and strengthening exercises for weak areas of the body. I am a true believer in self help and maintenance. ### ### I have been practicing Rolfing for 16 years and I have helped many people recover from many different injuries and alignments through out the years. I believe in educating body awareness to allow people to continue their life activities and sports.
