It is my firm belief that Rolfing's best results come about when the client is leading an active physical lifestyle--athletic if you will. Rolfing returns to the body an ability adapt that is lost through a lack of movement--we sit at desks, in coffee shops, drive cars and get injured which restricts our movement. ### ### Beyond being an Advanced Rolfer I am also one of eight Board Certified Structural Integrators in Colorado, an Advanced USA Weightlifting and Sports Performance Coach, a CrossFit Level 1, Rowing, Endurance and Gymnastics Coach. I own Integral CrossFit in Niwot with my Rolfing studio located in the gym.
