My practice offers sophisticated touch and movement education best suited to those with chronic issues that standard western medicine and most alternative medicine has not addressed. My work needs clients to participate in their own health, for their own education and growth.
My practice includes biodynamic cranial, visceral and neural manipulation, sourcepoint therapy and Rolf Movement. I have extensive experience working with pregnancy/infants, elders, and humans who want to improve their life through experiencing Rolfing SI.

I first found Rolfing in the late '90s at the recommendation of my acupuncturist, and I've remained a happy Rolfing client ever since. I left a career in non-profit development to train at the Rolf Institute, graduating in 2004. I practiced in Alaska for over a decade, and currently live and practice in northeast Ohio.
My practice emphasizes personalized education using gentle and effective fascial work and movement education.
