Jenny Rock, Certified Advanced Rolfer

I became a Certified Rolfer in 2001 and then an Advanced Rolfer in 2017.  Before becoming a Rolfer, l was a Licensed Massage Therapist for 13 years, practicing Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, deep tissue massage therapy, therapeutic stretching, cupping, guasha, and Kinesio-Tape.   I have extensive experience treating people with auto injuries, sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, repetitive use injuries, and even for preventative maintenance.  I have practiced in Florida, Colorado, Virginia, and now have settled in the metro Portland (Oregon) area.  I'm happy to discuss your situation with you to determine whether or not I'm a good fit.
