Lenaye Marsten is a Certified Rolfer in North Berwick

Lenaye began her Rolfing® career in 1994. Since that time she has dedicated herself to her practice, as well as studying various other modalities: Access Consciousness Bars--TM, Cranio-Sacral, Visceral Manipulation, Spinal Mechanics, Shock/trauma therapy, Trauma Energetics-TM, and various osteopathic techniques. Her touch runs from classic, direct Rolfing® to the gentle and energetic; whatever is necessary for the physical restriction/negative emotional charge/blocked energy to dissolve and alchemize.
