Heather Baughman, Certified Advanced Rolfer

I am a Certified Advanced Rolfer^® and a Certified Rolf Movement^® Practitioner. I use movement, an in-depth understanding of biomechanics, my background in trauma-informed somatic work, and a background in teaching to create innovative sessions for my clients. I completed a 700-hour biodynamic craniosacral training with Michael Shea in 2010. I am a graduate of the Ontario College of Osteopathy and am a Level 3 Neurokinetic Therapy® Practitioner.  I look forward to seeing you!
