The Rolfing Ten Series is a profound experience that cultivates a foundation for the alignment of your life’s journey. It is an evolutionary exploration of internal awareness to become the most optimal version of yourself. Each session builds on the previous appointment and prepares you for the next appointment, thus encouraging the momentum of change. Health is a process, and it is Mira’s joy to facilitate your exploration of health.
