I am a Certified Advanced Rolfer® and Rolf Movement® Practitioner practicing in the West Seattle neighborhood since 2013. My passion centers around supporting and empowering clients to feel comfortable, spacious, and easy in their bodies. We accomplish this together using hands-on manual therapy and creative, personalized movement re-education.
