Certified RolferAs an artist, practical mystic and lifelong learner, I have been drawn to the human journey, embodiment, finding meaning & beauty in life for as long as I can remember. My personal healing journey is an essential part of what informs and deepens my work.
Additionally, I am a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, trained at the Colorado School of Energy Studies, and a certified touch-free CST practitioner. I practice BCST in person and virtually. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and French.
When not working with clients, I love traveling and exploring museums as much as being an introvert at home: painting, listening to my garden, and telling my cat how pretty she is.
