Certified RolferAs an artist, former dancer, practical mystic and lifelong learner (ahem, nerd), I?ve been drawn to the human body, consciousness, meaning and embodiment for as long as I can remember. My personal healing journey is an essential part of what informs and deepens my work.
I received my somatic education at the Dr Ida Rolf Institute and Colorado School of Energy Studies (Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy) in Boulder, Colorado. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and French from Colorado State University.
When not geeking out on healing, I love traveling and exploring museums as much as being an introvert at home, making art, listening to my garden, and telling my cat how pretty she is.
