I have been a Certified Rolfer serving the South Metro and Southern Minnesota since 2013 and received my Advanced Certification in 2016. My clients state that my office and infection control procedures feel safe and comfortable to them. During sessions I combine movement education and manual therapy from Structural Integration and Visceral Work to create sustainable changes.

My clients come from all walks of life and it is my privilege to work with children, mothers, athletes, professionals, persons in skilled trades and seniors. Positive body language and creating a safe space for my clients is my priority. I am able to span the bridge between allopathic and alternative care modalities based on my professional background.
