Sarah McClennen is a Certified Rolfer in North Woodstock

I am a Certified Advanced Rolfer and Rolf Movement Practioner. I specialize in both 10 Series work and Advanced Series work. I have training in Viceral Work, Cranio Sacral Therapy, and Brainspotting for Trauma Healing. I love working with  challenging issues and putting the pieces together for healing. I love helping people find ways to be in their bodies. ### 'Rolfing teaches you to move with grace and ease, and explore the relationship between ground and space. This gives rise to more coordinated movement, better balance and comfort.' ### I work out of my home in North Woodstock, NH in the heart of the White Mountains. I also work one day a week in Littleton, NH.
