District Rolfing

 My practice is centered on helping people from all backgrounds, ages, and levels of physical condition feel better in their bodies.   I offer the classic 10-series and individual Rolfing sessions, integrating in visceral and neural manipulation, and movement to best meet the needs of each person.  I also offer separate visceral and neural manipulation and movement sessions.  The visceral and neural work is often especially beneficially to those with prior injuries or physical trauma (including car crashes or whiplash), surgeries, or childbirth that they have not completely recovered from.    I am located in Woodley Park in Northwest Washington DC, right by the Red Line metro .  

I have over 15 years experience in holistic, structural bodywork.   In addition to being a certified Rolfer, I am currently pursuing advanced Rolfing training and also have training in visceral and neural manipulation from the Barral Institute.  Prior to studying Rolfing I had extensive experience in therapeutic Thai bodywork, including nerve massage and abdominal massage.
