Welcome to an amazing embodiment experience!  I first learned about Rolfing® in the early 1990s and was instantly drawn to its logic, strategy, and results. Over the years I have been inspired and transformed by this work, and am grateful and excited to be a part of the Rolfing community in Dayton, Ohio. Since graduating from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute of Structural Integration® I have helped clients release deeply ingrained tension due to neck and back pain, scoliosis, impaired mobility, repetitive stress injuries, and other chronic strain patterns. My youngest client so far is six years old and my oldest is a thriving 94 years old. I have also been teaching health and fitness classes for over 35 years and proudly served in the Air Force for 28 years.
