Helen Goodrum is a Certified Rolfer™, Rolf Movement® Practitioner, and Board Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork practitioner (BCTMB) serving clients at Artful Healthcare in Prescott, Arizona. Her additional certifications include CranioSacral Therapy (CS2 Biomechanical), Visceral Manipulation, Franklin Method Pelvic Floor Training, and Reiki Master.

She brings over three decades of embodied movement practice to her work, as a movement educator, practitioner, and optimizer helping clients resolve chronic pain, improve structural alignment, and move with greater ease and awareness.

An international performer with The Carpetbag Brigade Physical Theater and student of the Axis Syllabus International Research Community, Helen's ongoing research of the human body, movement education, perception, and coordination informs every session. Her work is further shaped by studies with Tom Myers Anatomy Trains®, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen Body-Mind Centering®, the Feldenkrais Method®, Bones for Life®, and Contact Improvisation dance.

Helen trained at the Boulder Rolf Institute® and the Sao Paulo International School of Structural Integration. She has traveled the world extensively, enjoys performing to theater audiences, loves hiking the trails around Prescott, and unwinds with a good book and cup of tea from her motherland, England.
