I love to help people who are ready to take the next step in their lives, whatever that may be. Rolfing can provide the support needed from inside ourselves to make changes and move forward into whatever next. Sometimes Rolfing helps us to live with less pain, sometimes it helps us in to stand up straight, and sometimes it just helps us to feel ourselves and figure out what it is we need. I have been a Rolfer for 14 years and a massage therapist for 24 years and both my massage practice and my Rolfing practice attract an eclectic mix of people of all ages, all shapes and a wide spectrum of needs, which I just love.
