Michelle has over 12 years experience as a licensed massage therapist, Yoga instructor and Reiki 1 practitioner. Her interest in holistic body work sparked at a young age of 15 during her competitive swimming years. After recovering from a partial knee replacement surgery, her inner awareness of subtle sensations sparked during physical therapy sessions. She became interested in how the body was deteriorating during the recovery process in a straight leg brace and what it took to build muscle, coordination and trust back up afterwards. It was the process of healing which led her to fall in love with the study of human anatomy and how the body is put together to function as a whole. ### Her background provides a felt educational touch to the physical and energetic body offering a unique healing experience. Michelle's passion for physical health, and her innate understanding of the human body helps assure each session to be tailored to fit the individual client and their bodies needs. She has an extensive background in movement exploration from years training at Ape co Movement School in Denver and Boulder, Colorado.
