Evelyn Genadek is a Certified Rolfer in Missoula

As a Rolfer®, I bring together my experiences with abstract painting, Vipassana meditation, and physical labor. These experiences have been an exploration of balancing softness with strength, being with doing, and serving others with serving the self. I named my practice middle path Rolfing SI to honor this process of seeking what the Buddha called the "middle path" or "middle way." I believe Rolfing SI can be a terrific tool for people to find balance not only in their physical structure, but also in the emotional and spiritual aspects of themselves. Whether someone is sensitive and highly in tune with their body and emotions, or has a physically demanding job and just wants some pain relief, I aim to meet them where they are and help them toward a better relationship with gravity and with themselves.
