Jen Wenz Somatics is the private practice of Jen Wenz, MDiv, Certifed Rolfer©, including: Rolfing© Structural Integration: bodywork and movement integration for healing and high performance; Ritual Officiation and Ceremony Design: weddings, baby welcomings, and other life transitions; and Somatic Coaching: embodied healing and transformation for joyful, equitable relationships in action.  ### ### Jen started Jen Wenz Somatics to offer support, accompaniment, and skill to clients as they navigate the changes in their lives and become more fully who they are. In all of her work, she collaborates with clients to explore these changes and discover what?s available and what they long for within them. Whether the changes are due to aging, injury, surgery, pregnancy, trauma, chronic pain, oppressive systems, or a desired major life transition, she supports clients to move with change toward greater balance, ease, trust, and possibility.  ### ### Jen's approach to Rolfing is adaptable, aware, and collaborative; trauma-informed, joyful, and transformational. She loves to support clients in accessing the freedom that comes through a deeper felt sense of safety, support and possibility in their bodies. Her intention is for her clients to leave empowered with new options, able to show up in their lives more aware, embodied, on purpose, and ready to build the world they long for.
