Nichole Bower is a Certified Rolfer in St. Petersburg

I discovered Rolfing through my own upbringing, as my Granddad and Mother were both Rolfers, and they helped me with my scoliosis diagnosis as a child.
So it has very much felt Ingrained in my life and observing the way it impacts other's lives, has been my biggest inspiration to continue this special work.
I received my Rolfing Certification in Boulder, Colorado and my BA in Human Development at Eckerd College, here in St. Petersburg.
I genuinely love working with people and hearing how we advocate for ourselves and your experiences.

Through Rolfing you can find relief from discomfort, further connection to one's body and an ease to movement, as functionality becomes more supported and balanced.
With it comes education and awareness to our daily patterns and an even deeper connection to our mind.
