Christian has over 30 years experience helping people regain their best body...the one that's painfree, has plenty of energy and is ready to go. He studied among the best rolfers in the world back in 1991 and has had a private practice ever since. He also brings proven and effective skills from Yoga Therapy which clients can use on their own to re-align and optimize the body.
