Kevin Armstrong is a Certified Rolfer in Salida

Kevin A. Armstrong is a Rolfing® Structural Integration Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) with a private practice in Salida, CO. Formerly a professional dancer and choreographer, he brings a high degree of body awareness and movement expertise to his practices as a Rolfer® and Personal Trainer. He graduated with dual degrees in English Literature and Public Policy from Rice University in 2017, landed his first contract as a professional dancer a month later, has been Personal Training since 2020, and Rolfing® since 2021. A lifelong passion for learning has pushed him to continue his education through workshops in advanced techniques for the head and neck and pelvic floor, as well as in energy-based techniques that catalyze the body's self-healing potential through light, informative touch and somatic movement. His hobbies include whitewater kayaking, ski ballet, forest bathing, foraging, community theater, writing, and gardening.
