Kevin A. Armstrong is a Rolfing® Structural Integration Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and MovNat- and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with practices in Crestone and Salida, CO. Formerly a professional dancer and choreographer, he brings a high degree of body awareness and movement expertise to his practices as a Rolfer and Personal Trainer. He graduated with dual degrees in English Literature and Public Policy from Rice University in 2017, has been Rolfing® since 2021, and Personal Training since 2023. His hobbies include whitewater boating, hiking, camping, natural movement, weightlifting, community theater, writing, and gardening.
