I maintain a part-time bodywork practice in Northeast Minneapolis. My specialties are Rolfing® Structural Integration and CranioSacral Therapy. I am focused your well-being. You can experience the benefits of bodywork that is centered on your specific needs.

My office is centrally located in the historic Garland Building on the corner of East Hennepin Ave and 2nd St NE. My office is upstairs. Call ahead if you need access to the elevator. Enjoy nearby amenities like restaurants, trails, sporting events, or theaters while you're in the area.

I have over 1,000 hours of training from the Guild for Structural Integration and am Certified in CranioSacral Therapy by The Heartwood Institute.

Outside of my bodywork practice, I am an energy resilience planner. I enjoy the outdoors and reading. I have two dogs and a cat.
