Peggy Richards is a Certified Rolfer in Sandpoint

I am an Arizona native and began studying Rolfing in the 80's after receiving it for a trick knee. My background as a professional Dancer led me to become a Rolfer while recovering from injuries. I studied at the NYC for Rolfing center and at the Guild for Structural Integration, as well as the Rolf Institute. I travel through the state to offer my services and an office in Sedona where clients travel to the area and book a series of sessions while visiting the area. I have worked in Scottsdale and surrounding areas as a Massage Therapist and Trager Practitioner prior to becoming certified in Structural Integration in 2006. I enjoy helping people get pain relief and a sounder structure that in in alignment and supported by gravity rather than fighting it.
