I was introduced to Rolfing after a neck injury in my early twenties left me in constant pain. After finding the 10-series life changing for myself, I trained with Amber Burnham and Elise Noel in Salt Lake City and received work from giants in the field such as Jeffrey Bomes and Jan Sultan. I now run my practice in Los Angeles so that I can share this work that is so helpful in my own life.
