Certified RolferA movement and awareness enthusiast. I'm a former contemporary dancer who studied at The Juilliard School, was a leading member with the Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, and performed extensively with the Metropolitan Opera in NYC. I've spent my life in gyms, yoga studios, and dance floors of all kinds. My awareness and focus are driven towards the intersection of functional fitness and aging. I work in downtown Boulder at Broadway and Mapleton.
