Along with being a Certified Rolfer™, I draw from over 15 years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse, combined with my background in personal training and corrective exercise. My work in Rolfing® Structural Integration helps clients improve posture, ease tension, and restore balance throughout the body’s fascial network. Whether you’re pregnant or not, male or female, my goal is to help every person move with greater ease, strength, and alignment.
Having supported countless women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, I understand the physical adaptations and challenges that come with these stages. In my personal training experience, I’ve also worked with many clients who struggled with movement or pain that limited their ability to exercise effectively—Rolfing® helped create the balance and freedom in their structure that made movement possible again. I apply that same awareness of structure, function, and alignment to help each client feel more connected, capable, and at home in their body.
