Erik is born and raised in the mountains, where his life has been shaped by the seasonal rhythms of demanding outdoor activity and a deep connection to the natural world. These experiences instilled in him resilience, adaptability, and a strong awareness of the body and its capacity for change.
Following significant personal experiences with injury and recovery, Erik developed a focused interest in the relationship between structure, movement, and overall well-being. This path led him to pursue a more integrative approach to health, rooted in the understanding that the body functions as a connected, dynamic system.
Erik received his Rolfing® Structural Integration certification in March 2026 and has continued to expand his training through advanced study, including the continuing education course “Thematic Neck Work in the Series and Session 7.” His work emphasizes thoughtful, individualized care, helping clients improve alignment, enhance mobility, and build a deeper sense of connection within their bodies.
With a grounded and attentive approach, Erik is committed to supporting others in achieving greater balance, ease, and long-term structural health.
