Advanced Training Application

Please complete this form which will be submitted to the Admissions Department.

Please upload copies of the workshop certificates to your member account at www.rolf.org. Your application may be reviewed by the Continuing Education Committee and your potential Advanced Class instructors.

Once your Application has been received and it has been determined that you are eligible for Advanced Training, you will be sent an Enrollment Agreement link.

Once your completed Enrollment Agreement has been received by Admissions and you have been accepted into the program, you will be sent a link for Advanced Training so you can Register online and pay the $300 deposit.
