Use this form to submit information for a SINGLE in-person Faculty Initiated DIRI Owned and Administered Continuing Education or Rolf Movement^® Workshop you would like to offer. This form is not for Rolfing^® Certification or Advanced Training.

You can start and stop when completing this form in case you need to finish it at a different time.

For this course, you will be paid through payroll for tuition flowthrough as an EMPLOYEE (W-4 and other withholdings).

Once your class has been built you will receive a separate contract no later than 30 days prior to the first day of class.

NOTE: Rolf Movement Certification courses may only be paid on an hourly basis, regardless of location. All other Rolf Movement classes will only count towards the 5-day movement requirement for Advanced Training.

All courses offered at the DIRI campus will be paid on an hourly basis, regardless of who initiated the course.
